Shipping policy

Once an item is shipped we cannot control the time it takes to get to you. Our shipping provider Australian Post will be able to handle all your shipping enquires.

We cannot fulfill an item without entering a tracking number if posting. An email will be sent to your email address that was added under your name, with the tracking number for your item.

Please note if using express postage this doesn’t mean your order will be made quicker we still have the same turnaround times, it just means Australia post might be able to get it to you before regular postage.
